This bungalow is named after 'Pencarrow House' and historic gardens. A Georgian House situated in Bodmin.

Pencarrow has 2 bedrooms, 1 x double and 1 x twin bedrooms. The sunny kitchen/diner is well equipped with full size electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The cosy lounge is very comfortable, making it a pleasure to relax in after a hard days site seeing! The bathroom has an electric shower fitted over the bath.

The lounge has storage heating which is included in the price, with all other rooms having electric heaters. The patio is to the side of Pencarrow where you can sit and listen to the River Seaton passing from the moor on its journey to the sea, some 9 miles away.

Guide: sleeps 4 max, on riverside. Pet free. Parking to the side of bungalow Village Inn 200 metres
