Prices include
supply of all bed linen but not towels.
Deposits
are, unfortunately, non returnable upon the booking being accepted and
confirmed by us.
Balance
payments are required 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.
Payment by cheque or Credit Card
is acceptable.
Cancellation
Insurance can be provided – please request.
Cots
(travel type) and highchairs can normally
be provided @ £10 each per week – please highlight
your requirements when booking.
A
dog is allowed and very welcome in specific bungalows
by prior arrangement @ £20.00 per week. Please
note however that we do request that dogs are not left
unattended in the bungalow and that they are kept on a lead
within the site grounds. There is a lovely wooded walk just 1 minute
from site where dogs can run free off lead and have fun!! We also respectively
request that any “natural deposits” are cleared up by owners.
Children
are very welcome but the open plan gardens and streams should be treated
with respect. Parents must take responsibility for their children, who
play at their own risk. Parents of very young children should
be aware that the majority of our bungalows are located on riverside.
If a non riverside property is required – please check availability
before booking.
Special
Needs – we quite often have guests staying with us with
special needs and/or requirements. We will always do our utmost to accommodate
such requests when possible – please give us a ring to discuss
before booking.
Damage
– the guest will be liable for any damage to the property or
its contents.
Speed
Limit – for safety reasons there is a 10 mph
speed limit on site. Please help us to keep the children safe
and observe this restriction at all times.
Binoculars
– well worth bringing if you are at all interested in bird watching
or wildlife.
Torches
– A torch is provided in each bungalow.
Electricity
- Electricity is via a £1 coin operated meter (except overnight
storage heating) and is not included in the price of the holiday.
