Fishing is available around a superb lake which is adjacent to the Holiday Village within the beautiful & peaceful Rosecraddoc Manor grounds which are also owned by us. The lake is stocked with carp, roach & bream. |

An all weather Tennis Court is available within the adjacent Manor Grounds. The court can be enjoyed from April to October as the area boasts mild weather in spring and autumn.
Note: smooth soled tennis shoes should be worn, not squash shoes; please bring your own racquets and tennis balls. The court has been recently refubished. |

Rosecraddoc Manor is surrounded by 38 acres of natural gardens and bluebell woods, there are many footpaths and places to explore. The lake itself is fed by a fresh water stream and waterfall.
